U-Save is the area’s

replacement rentals. We work directly
with major insurance companies to
provide them and their rental clients
with special rates and services. To
qualify for these rates and services,
the rental must be authorized through an
insurance company, with all or most of
the bill being directly billed to them.
At the request of most insurance
companies, all insurance replacement
rentals are billed on a calendar day
basis, with each day the customer has
the vehicle counting as a rental day,
regardless of any time of the day at
which the vehicle is rented or returned.
On insurance replacement rentals that
are going to be over 7 calendar days
long, we offer free delivery and pick-up
of the rental vehicle directly to the
customer at their body/repair shop,
workplace, residence, or other
convenient location within a 50-mile
radius of Portsmouth, Ohio. To see an

Car CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
is our promise not to charge you for
the cost of collision damage over and
above the customer responsibility limit
of $250. If you purchase CDW and damage
occurs to the rental vehicle, you are
responsible only for the first $250.
Your liability for damages to the rental
vehicle stops there, unless you violate
the terms and conditions of the rental,
as stated on your rental agreement
jacket. CDW is NOT insurance. CDW is
optional---not mandatory. If you choose
not to purchase CDW, you will be
responsible for the full costs of
repairing any collision damage that
occurs while our vehicle is rented to
you. You may have personal auto
insurance coverage that will cover
damages to the rental vehicle, but it is
your responsibility to contact your
insurance company to make sure the
coverage will transfer to our rental
vehicle.
